You have various ordering options:

1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

2. Order and Pay entirely by Phone:

U.S. orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive between 7-14 business days.

International Orders

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

• RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to National Cancer Alliance using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by National Cancer Alliance and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.**

If your package is returned to National Cancer Alliance marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

How To Create An Account ?

There are two ways to create an account. You can click the Register or My Account link on the homepage and fill out the necessary information. You will need to enter your address and select a password at this time.

You can also register after you purchase a product. On the receipt page, you will be asked to enter a password and all of your order and address information will be saved in your account. (NOTE: No credit card information will be saved on our site)

About My Account

The My Account area allows you to edit your personal information, track your orders, view your complete order history, and set your email preferences and password.

Changing Email or Profile Information

To change your e-mail or any other personal information, you must first login to the My Account area. Select the 'Edit Personal Info' link to be able to change any information you wish. Make your changes then click the 'UPDATE' button at the bottom, after which your account will reflect your new information.

Forgot My Password

Simply go to login page and click the Forgot password? link. We will ask you for your email address and we will email you password right away.
